Duchess of York 'owes £5 mln and faces bankruptcy'

The Duchess of York?s debts have risen to almost £5 million, causing alarm in the Royal family, which now fears her best option is bankruptcy, the Sunday Telegraph reported, without naming its sources.

Last month the Duchess, Sarah Ferguson, was forced to lay off 11 full-time and part-time staff but still her debts, with interest payments, are growing by the day , it said.
